Mindfulness Workshop in London

As part of the Dragonfly Coaching for Life Program 2015, I have organised a Medicine For A Happy Life workshop for 4th December 2015, 10am – 4pm, at the London Centre for Mindfulness (Jamyang).

The workshop will be:

  • A day of mindfulness practice facilitated by Paul Wielgus. A meditator for over 20 years, Paul brings this experience into his work as a Coach and Facilitator, as well as when teaching meditation and mindfulness in Somerset where he lives with his partner Ros.
  • The focus for the workshop will be on Mindfulness for Joy, Presence and Resilience.

Location and Cost

I am offering a very special price of £99, but places are limited so it would be advisable to book early.

    • It was great to have an opportunity to learn about, and most importantly, practice some of the key mindfulness techniques. These aren’t just tools for stress reduction, but tools for living a more balanced, fulfilled and connected (through greater self awareness) life. Highly recommended.
